Jason has, and will continue to foster, close working relationships with clients’ professional accounting and legal advisers, and enjoys working together with them to assure proper tax filings and positive long-term results for the businesses they serve. In his capacity as legal counsel, Jason does not prepare businesses’ annual tax returns. As needed, Jason assists businesses’ professional accounting advisers with tax filings in respect of tax planning transactions.
